I'm pretty new here myself . Nice to see another bike guitarist here . But mine is a Road King and I don't play while riding but I do travel with a "Traveller Guitar" and a mini P.A. Sort of a Honky Tonk man .

Dash, your story is frightenly similar to mine, I can't get your tunes to play for some odd reason but I'm sure they are far superior to my little ditty. I am feeling a little more confident as I work out the rust from my finger joints... (Celabrex is wonderful!) I'm now looking for some folks that have my passion for the music and I wanna play!!!
Obtw, there is a band with the same tag as you from Louisana. I mixed them at the club I worked at down south and I've seen them play here in MI. They are quite good too. Check out there website.

I am a singer/songwriter from the Baltimore area, and I write mostly dark atmospheric hard rock. I am a big fan of Deftones, Helmet, Alice in Chains, etc. Right now, I am working on putting together a band to play my originals.

Think you'd sound a lot better with a more classical guitar tone al la Queensryche - Jet City Woman EMPIRE album as an example.

Perhaps it is the recordings but the " buzz " takes away from the fullness of the bands sound.

hi everybody been reading the forum for a month or two now, and find it interesting. Just signed up and going to try find people to play, write and perform with. I don't have any way to record my music yet, so I got the handycam out and videoed. I use to play everywhere 30 years ago, but quit for twenty years, been back in to playing music for coming up on 3 years now. When I first started playing again got the old band back together and had the same old problems, drinking and drugs and old ladies. Fisherman Bob your right no drinking and drugs, but old ladies? So I've set my sights on the many music oppor tunities, in Branson and all the big casinos close, and recording original music. Gonna start a band that performs live and records, sure need a singer.
