I would agree w/ this Schmeddy. The Volwhatevers sound like Green Day or something along those lines. I really have to give it up for the Melvins. I don't like everything they do but they've been able to make good money being who THEY want to be and surviving through the evolution of heavy music.

I'm going to keep my ear to the ground concerning that Beatles tribute album. I'm sure Buzz will pull off a really good treatment or two w/ all the material he has to choose from.

Sorry, not a full tribute album. The album has six different bass players. One being the drummer, Dale (Melvins 83 lineup with their original drummer). One track with their old hometown buddy, Krist Novocelic from Nirvana (hense, a lot of buzz). I can get you a playlist if you want to hear their takes on The Who, The Kinks, other oldies.
