Yes, you could but no other "gods" meet the threshold of evidence given many centuries in advance, or I would still be an atheist too.
Man simply could not have come up with precise prophetic utterances that are 100% accurate. Something supernatural is going on in the Tenach (Torah, Prophets, Wisdom Writings) that no other "religious book" (or otherwise) can come close to.
