If you look at this photo you will find it IS a very classic position. Those that do it KNOW it is somewhat CUMBERSOME (nice tune though). Problem is the guitar is still not held back from going to the left as you go down the neck, and has nothing to stop it from going to the right as you go up the neck. Sorry to make you do the work, but, what year did the Les Paul come out? 2011 IS the NEW year, The Break out in guitar innovation. Why does your Les Paul feel so good? I have a good answer... IT"S BECAUSE YOU HAVEN'T PLAYED ONE OF MINE! I CHALLENGE ANYONE TO FIND A MORE STATIC (STABLE) GUITAR IN THE WORLD! I could call it the MORE PAUL- that would be stupid. I could call it the MORE YOU. No that would be stupid also. It is the "C-LEGG". Ever been on a moving ship, you'll know what I'm talkin' about. In this case the guitarist IS the moving ship- it's what they call WORKIN" THE CROWD! Those that have guitars that were designed in the 50's are never going to get past the 50's. Makin' ya mad, that's not my goal. BUY one, it's the only thing between you and frustration. Numbererd and lifetime Garaunteed! See ya! Crunch.
