No offense bob but - well, maybe I am doing this all wrong. But if getting myself in a band will move me up to playing birthday parties in the woods like the video you have posted, I might just stick to what I'm doing.

That birthday party in the woods was in front of well over a hundred people. One of them is a DJ at a local radio station who wants our CD to play on his radio program. I'd much rather play in front of a decent crowd than at some dive for peanuts. The hours are better, the pay is better, and the exposure is better at the outdoor events. You've got to get started somewhere in this business. You're thinking big but maybe starting small at least gets you out there playing somewhere so that people can see and hear you perform. You haven't been able to get into a band, I was just trying to give you a different and maybe more effective strategy to get STARTED. What you're doing obviously isn't working so think alternatives...

If the numbers are what counts sell your instrument and take up pole dancing.

I don't want to surround myself with weak kneed cry babies. Probably the only other reason I hang around here is most of you have SASS. I probably lost one other member of my last band because of fear and not having enough EGO. I can't drag someone out in front of 300 people then 700 , then a thousand if they don't have some SASS.
Look at Bob's last video,,,, I love it because that is pure SASS to go out and play in a situation that is not pure stage heaven... But look at how he pulled the people in. You have to have faith in yourself to make a statement , way to go Bob.

Hopefully ,some will understand this is not just about music, but also about life.
