If your eardrum ruptured it will seem like it is clogged, but what used to happen to me is when the rupture occured fluid and blood would come out which means I had an actual hole in my eardrum and then I couldn't hear properly and it felt like it was clogged and that hole would take up to six months to heal to the point to where I could start to hear normally out of that ear again.
