RG-I haven't read the manual but I'm sure there is a way to pan each head and adjust volume through the controller? I want to set up a stereo signal but I settled for mono until I read the manual. Thanks for the critique!

When you change the volume settings on the controller do it with your speakers and not your headphones. Headphones and electronic drums will give you a false impression on what the sound really is. Yep, each unit on the V-drums has its own level control.
