I know your desire to continuously demonstrate your useless knowlege on bob dylans history knows no bounds, davis(hehe), but I thought perhaps you would join me in demonstrating a little class and making some effort to keep from doing it at the expense of other peoples threads... won't you?

Tends to be the exception, not the rule.

you as an artist then, have the responsibility to know the kind of people criticising you, instead of quickly dismissing them all as failed artists.

I never dismissed them all as failed artists. If you go back and read what I said, you'll notice I used terms like "tend to be". And from my experience, they do. Think about it - artists are usually too tied up in creating their own stuff to make a living sizing up that of others. Often, the critic business pays much better than the creation business, so I guess you cannot blame them.

I'll take that as a bowing out then. If the knowledge I hold, no matter what the subject, is useless then what knowledge is useful? I know what I'm talking about before I debate with people - you should try to do the same. You had your information wrong so I was just helping you out. We all know these threads would go nowhere if people didn't take off on side tangents. And class isn't a word that should be in your vocabulary Dr. 'low blow'...
