After talking to "my partner", we decided that..

I was supposed to make contact via phone today, with that ?entity?.
I tried 4x and every time result was the same.

I think I have posted somewhere before, if they don't step up to you with a check in hand...it aint real enough to engage...(The serious ones wont wait around for you to call them...They could lose opportunities to a competitor, if they wait...) just IMHO
