Obviously we need a national registration of bald people. Bald people have elevated levels of testosterone and are therefore more likely to commit violent crimes. Now I hate to be such a fascist but under the gerber study of 1934 conducted at the uscc laboratories, in nevada, states: Any race that was studied that had signifigant numbers of bald people had higher levels of violence. This even included the UBUTU tribe from eastern africa. IDI AMIN,traced his direct ancestry to the UBUTU tribe. They had elevated levels of T and that explained the rampant male pattern baldness. Fortunately we can protect ourselves now that we have identified the real underlying problem. If we identify every bald person in the country and add a tax to cover the goods and sevices that they dont use and thus don't pay any taxes on, we can reduce the national deficit by at least a trillion dollars a year.
The other group that has to be fairly addresed is NON SMOKERS.
Non smokers live way to long and as they age the amount of real goods and services they contribute to society diminish very quickly. The amount of financial drain on society can be devastating.My proposal is simple, we have to issue cards to non smoking people. If you can't prove you smoke in front of a health board you get a card. Come tax time these people must double all their due taxes. We know they are going to live longer they should have to pay for that.

Making a "company" responsible for immigration is a mistake, and probably unconstitutional. Businesses shouldn't be saddled with that burden. If they are reporting the social security numbers provided them, that is enough. The IRS knows whether the number is valid or not. They have not made it much of an issue, because the government profitted nicely in the past, by taking taxes out of FAKE social security numbers, and not having to PAY OUT benefits to those numbers, since they are unverified or fake.

If a company is NOT collecting social security cards... THEN, prosecute the hell out of them!

Now that is a different topic. I could agree on streamlining immigration policy, making it more available, with proper background checks in their home countries. Maybe even charging a fee, to offset the costs.

I think the criteria was reasonable suspicion or probably cause, etc...

And as far as I know, laws already on the books, about UNREASONABLE SEARCH AND SEIZURE would still apply, and any INJUSTICE committed against a legal resident or citizen, could be prosecuted against the police who infringed.

If anyone needs to be deported it's Dianne Feinstein, who has been giving all these illegals citizenship, and ignoring the needs of Americans(in CA). It frightens me to think that she will be running for Governor. If she actually wins, I might just deport myself to another state.
