The same reason you would want a classic set of drums Chippy.
Or Jimmy would want a classic guitar.
If you would spend a day at the range with me it is quite possible that you would understand. It's fun. It is a mechanical masterpiece. It is a step in the evolution of firearms, just like my Flintlock, my percussion rifles, my bolt action rifles, ETC ETC.
It is beautiful in its simplicity and it's power.

That's why. :D

Oh no don't get me wrong Sans.

I think I'd enjoy that but if I were to have a gun I'd have it for a reason, if I pointed it at something I'd intend to hit it and if I intended to hit it I'd intend to kill it. A good friend of mine now sadly passed over here had a flintlock. He was pretty proud he went hunting with it because he said, (And I'm darned certain he was right). That he was such a good shot that if gave the animal a fighting chance. It often blew or misfired :D

Buggah. My Flash light and home made Slingshot are no match

I also enjoy hunting with my flintlock rifle. If properly loaded and maintained she is every bit as effective (and more accurate) inside 50m or so, than many modern sporting arms.

Wild animals dont allways happen in the wild.
George had to come back to stop "his" army from eliminating some wild animals that were attacking all the very things they all fought for and put their very lives on the line for.

I am shocked at how many young people don't even know who Davey Crockett and Dan Boone were.

Keep ignoring history or try to change the real past and you are doomed to repeat any mistakes.

Prevost,, I find it very interesting that you think that BC is is a part of USA.
You have some very wishful thinking and I can't blame you for wanting to be a part of the one country THAT IS TRULY GREAT.

Greece is in trouble. Spain is in trouble. Portugal is in trouble. Italy is in trouble. Iceland is in trouble. England is in trouble.

China with 10 times our population only has an economy that matches 20% of ours.....$ 4triliion VS $14 trillion.

Any way I just find your stance Interesting,No offense intended Prevost.

It is a simple question. As old as mankind himself
Does the individual have a right to defend himself when attacked??

The UN said "NO".

f**k the UN.

Amazing,,, Gay RIGHTS, and Abortion RIGHTS are not spelled out any where as directly as THE RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS.
This is a direct subversive attack on our constitution from All sides.

I'm not pro gay nor anti gay or pro abortion nor anti abortion.I am against fanatics. stallin used gun registration to track down and destroy any one that was a direct threat to his proggressive ideals of mass MURDER.

Notice to all politicians,,,,, Stop twisting and distorting and adding all sorts of puffery in an effort to control my rights To LIFE LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS.

I will tolerate no dictator. Guns allow me that blessing.Guns also insure that every other American can hold onto those very same rights that we are ALL so fortunate to live with.We don't need fanatics,,, we need to relearn the basics.

Those UN " peacekeepers " are well known the world over for using US supplied humanitarian aid supplies as barter in extortion schemes.
