Jookey, theft isn't your problem, obscurity is. If someone is making money off your music, you need to hire them to be your manager, or at least study what they're doing and repeat it.
Actually I almost didn't get to the second page at IMP because the page link you provided looked amateur. Once I got past that, it did seem like a serious site...but that first page? Oy!
That's a reaction IMP gets occasionally. But it's a site created by artists and not by corporate purchased templates. If you frequent IMP you'd notice that there are 27 different front page templates, the colors change every time you go there. It actually becomes an enjoyable thing for somebody with an artist's temperment compared to the constant orange of soundcloud and the ugly clank of reverb nation.
