the Latin/Spanish/Cuban/Afro rhythms are so alien to most U.S. musicians.. I guess it is not in vogue 2016? ..probably cause I am out in the boonies and even a backwater town like Springfield is not hip to rhythms other than straight 4's.. or with no syncopation.. that's what all the Spanish Latin stuff is based on...syncopation.. beats on accents and sh*t..
