I think I had a 100 cd's manufactured for my last album in 2003 from a private businessman living in all places, Phillipsburg, Mo. ..he had a room or two that looked like a laboratory and he could replicate 8 or 10 cds at a time.. maybe a legitimate way to pro-create but might have been old hat technology at the time even in 2003..
