I hate to say it because I respect Pavarotti a great deal but when he came out on stage he did look a bit like some guy from a butter commercial.

My late brother used to set up shows in Atlanta and he said that he and the crew used to like Pavarotti more than most (rock acts) because he was such a gentlemen and always treated the crew like they were special.
