Uh, actually, yes.
I'm very tired.
Being humorous, even if it is a little bit snarky, is better than being just plain mean.
Bill Maher is snarky, but funny.
Rush Limbaugh is just a plain asshole.
Slacker can play his instrument fine.
But, his politics are odious.

a lot of things or subject matters posted here in this forum do not make sense, and are fluff such as this thread, and I did not mean any harm by it, but thought I was indirectly responding to why sometimes a politician's agenda is not the reason they get a citizen's vote.. sometimes it is just the likability of a candidate that gets the vote..I have heard certain pundits say Romney lost just because he was not very likable. it really had nothing to do with what he was putting on the table.. in the end Obama probably won cause you can at the minimum like him cause he is not artificial or out of touch with the common man..

I think you hit the nail on the head.

Obama isn't a great president, he was just slightly more likeable than the other guy who was busy being not very likeable.

I think any other reasonable candidate would have put him down like a horse with a broken leg.

I just wonder why the republicans didn't see this coming.
