Probably the same reason they call Nevada the whorehouse of the west.

Hate to be repetetive but that WAS about the worst sounding recording I've heard on Bandmix. Almost nothing but treble. You seriously need to re-record or re-mix these songs. They were PAINFUL for me to listen to. You wouldn't want to cause any of your audience any pain would you?

Eh, between his crap recording & his racist remarks here & in other threads, this guy is a "less than zero" as far as I can tell.

Oh, & dinkleberry? I'm not working with Capt Scott. He's about 3 states over. If you could read, you'd know that we aren't in the same band.

As far as your "work" is concerned, yes, I could hear some notes in there, but I could not understand your lyric, I couldn't hear much of what you were trying to present. The bass, if there was any, was completely lost in the "mix," & between the lousy recording quality & your effects, I have no idea whether you're playing hard rock or death metal or heavy jazz, so your genre of choice is moot as well.

Why you would bring up race or rap or hip-hop or the bible belt is also beyond me. You should probably work on finding a direction, whether it be musically or conversationally.

I listened to both songs but "Lost in Space" was hard to pick apart because of the recording.....the levels are clipped. I like your guitar work on "AROCKALYPSE" and the recording levels on this song is better. I think it would rock harder if you inserted half time drumming on the intro and choruses. I would love to hear it again with a real drummer and bass player.

Im listening on my putor speakers so its not real clear, but it sounds very very tinty. If I were you I would raise the level of the guitar and bury the vocals a little. Its like they arent part of each other. And that first song when it goes into all those OOOOhhhs OOOOOhhhhs thats just distracts from the song, I would cut that out entirely, I dont see how it fits the song.

I know the drums are canned but bury them a little bring up the guitar some lower the vocals, would help I think.

The guitar riffs arent too bad I hear a Van Halen influence in there.

I dont get the logic of posting a poll and then asking people to listen. If you put music up just say tunes up or something like that.

Also in your bio there you have a little part about not copping an ego or attitude. When some others on here kinda slammed you, you immediately got defensive. Yea we are all here for a reason, to try to be part of a community that will support our musical pursuits no matter what they are, but when you start striking at folks it kinda makes you lose your own credibility.

I wish you luck with your music, theres some pretty good guitar riffs buried in there. Im not to keen on the vocals but that doesnt mean anything is wrong with them just that in my mind I hear something else with the music. I hear more of a Ron Halford type vocal.

Keep On Rockin

Aproximate population: 1,350

'Making it'?
You might make it to the corner liquor store, or the local cat house.
