Ned's Atomic Dustbin had two bass players (who?). They did a pretty decent cover of "Saturday Night" by the Bay City Rollers (Who???)...

There are really good resolutions on this thread... I hope everyone reaches their goal :)

My resolution this year for guitar playing is to break 160 bpms on my 16th notes. I can comfortably shred on 140 bpms right now and maintain it for a long durations. On 160 bpms, I can only play for seconds. To achieve this, I am doing some heavy metronoming (2 hours a day) and finger excercises from a chromatic work book. I am confident that I can achieve this and I am looking forwad to the journey.

eegads. I'm trying to remember my music theory which I fail miserably at... In lamens terms, if your metrinome is set at 160 and it clicks once, how many times will your pick have hit the string before the next click? 4? 8? 16????

*click pick pick pick
*click pick pick pick
*click pick pick pick

Yeah, I wouldn't get too excited...one hit wonders and as I remember, closer to Chumbawumba than anything heavy. I could be wrong, though.
