I don't really watch awards shows when it comes to music. Half the time I think the people charged with granting the rewards simply don't understand music at all. The awards seem to be based on popularity or gross profits, not on musical talent.

It's like the opposite of the Oscars.

Film seems to get awards shows correct. If the Oscars worked like the CMA's then "Transformers 2" would win best picture based on how much money it made. But anyone with any film experience at all knows that movie was a piece of absolute crap.

Simple answer:

NO.

I can't imagine why I would wanna do that to myself.

Other than the fake tan blonde in the thin white dress it was pretty sad.
Same old divorced six times and it aint my fault lyrics.

However, the stage was awsome, as were the guys doing the lights.
