I'm sure he'll gladly accept the money and donate it to ACORN now that they have been denied federal funding, or he could give it to some of those idiots in Detroit the other day who thought they were applying for $3,000 each, what they termed Obama money...

when they gave it to Gore for his documentary " The Great Big Lie" that pretty much proved the value of the award, now it has been solidified...

We are facing attacks from outside and from within, and yes there are attackers behind every tree. Some are brutal and upfront ,some are patting you on the back, while they slash your throat.

Here in NY the Met Trans Authority ,has gone to our state govt asking for more money to run the mass transit system.

On top of riders fares they are colecting taxes from unbelievable sources.

Electric bills, car registration, driver licencese fees,gasoline tax,energy fees oil and natural gas, local property tax, and now a new RETROACTIVE payroll tax.

Sorry guys, there goes your chance of getting a raise this year. Sorry guys that is why Pratt& Whitney air craft engine company is slashing 1000 jpbs in Conn. and moving to Japan.....Tired ,cold, hungry, out of a job.....

I'm not a big fan of obamanation... I didn't vote for him primarily because of the speech his wife gave in college where she says "whitey" about a hundred times (you won't be able to find it now). I read his wifes college thesis - that's an interesting read. You can't fight racism with racism.

still I liked the fact that he was going to open up the whitehouse records on who visits... suggests some integrity. He's a great speaker. Very charming. I am confused at why we've not moved anywhere with healthcare. I knew he wouldn't 'turn the world around in 6 months'... so I'll give him a shot yet. bring the change already!

I'm not a racist any way, shape or form. I'm being facetious. I voted for Obama. I wanted change just like the other 44 million white voters who also voted for him. I'm just not too happy with the changes he's trying to bring about. A lot of people (black, white, Eskimo, whatever) who voted for him thought he was bringing huge governement hand-outs. There was a rumor in the Detroit incident that people were to receive $3,000 each, what one of THEM referred to as "Obama money." I didn't make up the term "Obama money." The interviewer asked them where Obama was to get the money. They answered we don't know but we love him, that's why we voted for him. It looks like any "Obama money", including the stimulus package (which isn't stimulating anything yet), is going to have to be borrowed from the Chinese, that is UNTIL they start calling for us to pay it back. Then the "Obama money" will be coming out of your pocket and mine, in the form of gigantic taxes. Yeah, Jimmy, it's got nothing to do with racism...

Another thing about this "stimulus" package. It was created for the express purpose of job creation. WHERE'S THE JOBS? HOW MUCH MONEY HAS BEEN DISTRIBUTED? They are talking about another "stimulus" package needed. What about TARP? What about the auto bailouts? Are the domestic automakers doing better because of the bailout? Throwing money at problems is NOT the answer here. Cutting taxes IS a better solution. TORT REFORM is an absolute must BEFORE health "reform." Before we even start the money distribution a large percentage of it is eaten up in bureaucratic mess, paperwork, legal fees (billions), a veritable black hole (NOT a racial reference Jimmy) of BILLIONS of dollars disappearing before it can be put to good use. There's also NO TRANSPARENCY in any of these new programs being passed. Obama promised a new era of transparency. Where is the TRANSPARENCY? I don't see it (again not a pun). What's happening is a massive growth of governement at a time when we need governement to become lean and mean. Why on Earth would we even think about a second "stimulus" package when nothing has happened with all the "stimulation" they've already attempted...
