Well I sold 2 of my guitars so wasn't stupid enough to trade it in for pennies With tax and all, the guitar was almost 3 grand.... So I got about $1,500.00 for my 2 guitars and I owe 1500.00

Just awesome... I never like the way any guitar comes out of factory so my stipulation is to always have them set it up with new strings, intonation, lower the action a tad and adjust the neck and check for any fret imperfections (some tend to be a little too high) while I'm there or else I'll make the purchase elsewhere..... These guys know their sh¡t because all of my guitars play awesome, even my cheapo Epiphone due to their set-ups

I have learned enough from Ya,ll and by experiece on what to ask for on set up. But not nearly enough to be able to oversee the work.
My eldest boy and I were in the Music Store the other day and I spied a lovely LP with a flamed maple top finished much like your tobacco burst, gold hardware, the block inlays were cut diagonally and turned to cause an alternating pattern effect in the mother of pearl. OMG !! I still get wood thinking of her.

Kinda like that Bryan Adams song "Run to You". Listening to it, you think he's writing about another woman, but when you see the video, he's writing about a guitar. I like that!
