Not true. I just haven't found the right person to suggest the right things. And the people suggesting these things are WAY too old and WAY too experienced. And also a lot of these guys play heavy metal, hard rock, and classic rock stuff, and don't really care about pop and soft rock music. And on top of that, some of the people reccommending some of these sites don't have experience on the site they are reccommending. And they are not willing to go the extra mile with me, and work with me to find something that DOES work. They just go on Google and look up something random and hope it works.
Also the people who have given me advice don't realize that I already knew the general gist of what I should try, but NOT specifics. In other words, I need to talk to guys in Baton Rouge who enjoy playing pop and soft rock music to gain the knowledge i need, like more appropriate Open Mics, and other music stores, among other things, like other local musician sites which includes sites that can't be easily found by using Google.
This is the same crap I had to deal with on Baton Rouge Rocks. I want to get out of this loop and find a few individuals who are much more willing to have good conversations with me and who I can become friends with and network with.
Have you tried doing a local search on some gay dating sites?
Lot of them are musicians who want buddy-buddy friends to "play" with too.

All right, Cliff, I give up. I can't tell if you're the world's most confusing spammer, or most inept scammer, or most eccentric troll, or most specific sexual predator, or if you're genuinely just this goddamn crazy. But after seeing some of your posts on BRR and other sites, I'm really hoping you aren't actually this dumb and you do have some malicious intent just so I can restore my faith in humanity. Whatever the hell's going on with you, Cliff, please, quit posting and get some professional help.
Cliff might not be a human, could be an artificial intelligence bot using some top secret algorithm that responds to some kinda HTML code?..but would put money on your "best troll in the world" idea

I am NONE of those things you say. I just keep landing myself in places where people missunderstand me easily and where those people are already set for most of their life, and already have plenty of friends, and where people like me are NOT the norm. For example, on Baton Rouge Rocks, there are too many people on that site who would rather play classic rock, hard rock, heavy metal, and weird indie rock, and who actually have a job playing music. The peoploe on that site who DID show an interest in jamming with me or being my friend, I had to turn down.

I am looking for some guy friends to TRULY play some music with as well as to play some video games with. I am NOT looking for sex or a date. I want that sort of thing to come later, and to be seperate from this music buddy search.
I am serious! I am not trying to screw anybody over or anything. Everything I post online comes from my heart, and I always try to read my posts as if I'm one of my readers. But even that fails, because I'm always wrong about who my audience is.
Then that makes me even more frustrated because I either don't use the site all that much (Adamofficial.com) or it simply upsets people (Baton Rouge Rocks, Bandmix).
LOL, Cliffy the only one that seems upset from your post is you.
I dont think your situation matters much to anyone that post, they start off trying to help you and then you slam then and tell them whats wrong with thier ideas.
If you want to be part of a community, online or in real life, you have to have some respect and consideration for others, you dont seem to possess that trait.
Everything is either your way or the highway, the only redeeming factor is instead of coming across as a total ass hole like most people with your attitude have you come across as a whiner.

I DO respect others and show consideration for others. It's how the other person reacts whenever I honestly explain to that person why that suggestion was ACTUALLY a bad suggestion or wasn't thought through well. I"m sorry so many people see that as being disrespectful.
And also I have been giving hints on how to help me better, and who would be able to provide the help I need.
