I have always contended (and I wrote a damn paper on it...) that America needs to pave the way to a new , cultural wave...called "Sex Mart".

Since Americans insist on Uncle Sam to fund everything, then what we need is a government sanctioned and regulated Sex industry.

Under Sex Mart culture, a citizen should be able to go to a safe location and buy sex, without any legal or moral recourse... Sex Industry workers should be subsidized with healthcare that ensures no STDs are spread.

The workers should pay income taxes on the revenues they draw... and there should be standard industry requirements to practice the trade...(For example...No ugly people allowed to to be sex workers. ), There should be an accredited college of 'Pleasure" that advances the skills of sex workers.

Think how uptight society would NOT be with such a culture. (I think most wars and crimes are committed cause folks aren't getting laid enough...and right now, gender ism battles it out for "power".)

With Sex Mart, there is no further leverage to be held against either sex.

I also believe that more marriages would actually last and hold together, rather than fall...

Think about it.... If you marry someone you love, you generally don't desire extramarital sex, so you need not subscribe to Sex Mart...But for the rest of us waiting to meet that special person... why do we gotta suffer the anguish of denying our own biological imperatives? However even if you are happily married, shouldn't ya have the right to variety once in a while?

If you think this is outlandish and crazy...consider some facts:

The US navy sponsored a similar program (Successfully) in the phillipines for the sailors (They called it morale and welfare.)

Hugh Hefner has been living in Sex Mart all his life...We've been funding it all our lives.

In Copenhagen, they failed to observe the boundaries of healthy sex and perverse abuse against women (and children) Basically they delivered legal prostitution which is NOT the same as Sex Mart. Sex Mart would banish pimps and the associated abuses. It could very well protect children, where no protection had existed before.

When Rush Limbaugh calls a third year lawyer a slut, becuase she wants to have us pay for a handfull of rubbers...I'm thinking both he and the girl are crying out for a Sex Mart!
