You can post the screenshots right here in the forum.

Upload them to:

www.imageshack.com and you don't even need an account to do so. They will stay on their servers for quite awhile, even without having an account.

When the pic is upload there, click "view full size pic" or larger pic, whatever it is... and get the URL for the pic.

Paste the URL in your post, then HIGHLIGHT the URL with your mouse, so that it is blue across the entire URL, but nothing else. Then click the "IMG" button above the black text-field on your post, and it will put the proper tags, on both sides of your URL.

Then just press "submit" as normal, or "preview" to make sure the pic is showing up properly, before you post.

Nah it sounds like you are using the old template. Is it a gray background? The new one is white

Ok cool they haven't got to that template yet.

Look down on the left. It should say change profile or something? When you've clicked that on the right somewhere down on the right you'll see 'forum profile'.
