No I just live close enough to there to know that there is not much of a music scene there. He could maybe move down the road to Memphis, but all I see there is a lot af garage rock that just doesnt float my boat personaly but a lot of the bands have had national coverage. Human Radio had some MTV coverage earlier this year, of course 3 Six Mafia is based in Memphis, Saliva is from Memphis plus Justin Timberlake so there is a variety of genres happening in Memphis. Its just connecting with the right folks. Other than Saliva, I think there is a band called Raleigh Egypt in the hard rock vein thats doen a little locally on radio. The hard rock scene is pretty stale there. I think that is the genre this guy plays in. Im not sure where you should go for that genre.
