Okay, I guess no one has complained about the ozymozy problem, so I did. I sent BM an email asking them to handle it, & they responded immediately as follows -
"Thank you for letting us know, we really appreciate it and will deal will terminate the message on the forum. Please let us know if you have any problems with your account or have any questions. "
Next time I looked at one of his posts, he was a "guest" * his posts were gone, though our responses remain.
