I haven't practiced enough for this show. I got in about 7 hours. I have to work 9-5 today and then church is from 7-8 so I am done practicing. My voice is at about 80% and that is making me nervous. Especially since It will be cold, outside, and in the morning. At least I got my timing back. I was sloppy when I looped for the first time in a couple of months. With 60 - 70 decisions per song you really have to play all the time to stay tight. I've been playing with the young 6 piece band and lost my focus on the one man band. I am glad that if my voice gives out I have probably 45 minutes of strong instrumentals I can fall back on.
Would really appreciate it if the Christians here - Sans, Ryan, Craig, Chris4blues etc etc would offer up a prayer. I only ask because this gig could potentially make a difference a help me pay for my girls. thanks!
