Occasionally the capt says something worth listening to. 99% of the time he's trying to piss people off.

There is great metal and terrible metal. Just like almost every other genre. I like the cream of the crop of most genres.

I really don't care what the genre is, as long as the material is GOOD.

That being said, I'm not into the genre as a rule, cuz most of the material doesn't grab me.
