Hey guys,

Has anyone here played this club? It is billed as the largest nightclub in the USA. I've driven by it, and I believe that's probably true.

My band has been asked by them (unsolicited) to send a promo package to them. Which we plan to do. Just waiting on our mixed and mastered demo to come back, maybe in 10 days.

Obviously we wouldn't be playing their auditorium, where the nationally known acts play. It would be the smaller rock club inside, still a great venue from what I can tell.

What are your experiences with this club?

What kind of money do they pay for a four piece?

Ordinarily we wouldn't do the cover to original ratio they are going to want (we believe in our own music) but playing the largest club in the country, is a nice pin in our lapel. So we are interested.

Sounds like a great gig Brother, Wish I knew what they paid for a show also? One would think that it would have to pay good $$$$. Just for fun, I'll guess a few different prices for the gig. $1500.00, $2500.00, [$3500.00 is my guess] Could pay $45 to $6500.00. I would have to charge enough $ to take my band that far from here, For any gig out of state. 'Glad to hear about your Gig Craig' I hope you do well & make some $$$$. Since we don't know yet the length of the gig, whether one night, a weekend, a week etc... Prices are premature, but I wanted to get some ballpark figures.

Being a new band is not going to help price-wise. We are generating some major buzz right now, for being so new, but that doesn't translate into money obviously, till we can prove that we can pack a club with a few hundred extra people.
