Many of you may remember my asking for prayer and well wishes for my Father a few months ago.
My Father's last report said he has no new or old Cancers present after his second round of treatments.

Thank you again to all who cared enough to stand with me on this.

Great news, indeed, George! Here's hoping that it keeps getting better for you & yours.

It's always great to hear good news. Should be a good Christmas this year if things keep goin' as they are.

Thanks again all. It has been some time since I metioned it, but this latest development was too good not to share as many of you have been very supportive of me.
My Dad of course takes it all in the normal stoic fashion of the depression era generation.
But I can sense in him the relief.
He is back busying himself with the duties of the Church and home.

That's great news brother!

And you deserved some prayers coming your family's way. You have always been kind and generous with your own prayers for others, myself included. And I know, that personally, I have felt comforted and appreciative knowing you were praying for my family.

So congratulations, but also, once again...

Great to hear about your dad's improvement.

Yes Howlin, he has been at me to set up a Duck or Goose hunt.
We no longer have the place in Colorado available to us. (long story)
Dad is doing well and gaining strength again, of course at 80 something the long hikes are out, but I will find us some hunts.
When I was in my rebelious youth, the time we spent hunting was the only time we really communicated. It was our "connection" an it is still special time for me.

Prayer actually works. Science may eventually figure it out, but it has been proven over and over that prayer works. Great for your father, George, and hopefully the holidays this year will be a very memorable time for your family...
