I hope you all have a great and relaxing Memorial day weekend.
Myself I am on vacation 10 days off Woo hoo! Right now I have two huge briskets I am slow smoking started this morning at 5:am. Yep slow smoked prize winning recipe I got from my brother in law (he cooks competitively) with home made tater salad spicy sweet beans, Jalapeno peppers and as per Sans suggestion ice cold Dos Equis.
Please everyone remember the veterans that have given their lifes so that we can enjoy the freedoms we have and please remember to thank a vet.

HAVE ALOT OF VETS IN MY LIFE,,, INCLUDING ONE WHO WAS ON OMAHA
BEACH. 86 years old and still a national treasure.Even five years ago he was giving concerts and holding prayer meetings at the local jails.

MOST OF THE INMATES SWORE THEY WOULD NEVER BE BACK ,,,,,
