Since you live near bear country ,thought you might enjoy this.
We were attending a wedding in north Jersey,Place north of POMPTON LAKES.
Houses are pretty spread out and there is alot of open woods in the hills.
Any way we were at the brides house [relatives] and everyone had errands to run. We had the place to ourselves. SO, my favourite girl and I decided to have some fun in the HOT tub out on the deck. Get the picture.
Shortly after we were enjoying ourselves in the tub,there is a crash coming from the woods up above. About fifty yards away is this mamma bear with her three cubs. NO, these were almost full grown cubs.
NOW I'm looking at the back door ten feet away,,,,15 seconds at most,and these four bears maybe 7 seconds away. I just said don't stare at them and don't move. I could allready see the headlines in the paper,MAULED BY BEARS.
After a couple of minutes of them sniifing around and checking us ,seemed like hours, I did the only thing a righteous man could do.......
I watched them saunter down the hill. WE got out ,put some clothes on,,,,,,,,, and cleaned out the hot tub
