Thats what some people don't understand...My musical taste in metal varies widely...
One minute I could be enjoying a light christian song by Underoath, then the next be headbanging to the death metal of Job For A Cowboy.
But it seems that most people today see what genre is the most popular and they only listen to music that fits in that genre...Those people are fake and need to get their own opinions and tastes

I wish you lived here in Cali.
It seems you and I are alike in that respect. Basically there are only two genres: Good Music and Crap. Whatever the instrument, succession of notes, tempo harmony etc etc etc.
I've noticed that too...
It seems that the yard stick or maybe scales rather for determining what bands are heavy enough to be called metal has been commandeered by keyboard commandos...
In my opinion anyways, if the boards are dedicated to only a certain sub genre of a music... I won't enjoy it there... I like alot of different music and a narrow box is too stifling.
