These include sites like JamNow.com, onlinejamsessions.com, Indaba Music, etc. - there are a slew of them!

I have not explored most of them since as a rural, HughesNet satellite internet customer my downstream speed is good enough to participate but my upstream speed is borderline.

Do any of you use these types of sites? Why? Why not?
