Learn every function on your new PA, especially the equalizer. Learn how to control all the frequencies so that you can maximize the qualities of your voice and minimize feedback and distortion. Just as a guitarist learns how to use all the controls on an amplifier, your PA should enhance your instrument which is your voice. When I first got a new PA I felt like a kid in a candy store. Seek out people who have experience with sound systems and get their advice. Hopefully this new PA will be more than adequate for your band. Good luck.
