S n F: I like the blues. I like the song. But your vox were getting lost in the mix. Especially the secondary lyric, or the answer lyric of the blues line. To the point I could not understand the words. What with gunfire and guitars I dont here certin ranges real well anyway. But you could up the vox a bit IMO.
Hell yeah.. lol
For hire huh? Gee, that seems like a bargain to me. A team of an experienced drummer and bassist that are blues proficient? Hot Damn...
Figures you folks are way down in NC..
PS: What they say about the recording may be true but you know when you playing it, no one would be the wiser. It's a good take, sounds righteous.

Like it. Nice simple drumming, which far too many drummers cannot do to save their collective butts. Ditto for the bass work. Still, I'd like to hear both drums & bass go a bit wild on a different track, esp if that's what you have to offer thus far.
It's pretty obvious that you can fit in with your genre of preference.
Best of luck & welcome to the forum.

Hopefully I like blues, been playing in pro blues bands since 1980. Good solid K.I.S.S. blues song on your profile (keep it simple stupid). I've got six songs on my profile (fisherman bob) for you to check out, three covers and three originals. Are there any blues venues in North Carolina? Only a handful in Kansas City area. There's well over 100 blues artists listed in the K.C. Blues Society, and probably dozens more who aren't listed. Gives you an idea how difficult it is to get gigs here. Good luck and welcome to Bandmix. looking forward to more of your music being posted.
