LOL "Deathmetal Bagpipe"

That is another pathetic band in this area, I think I saw. LOL (consider staying in and drinking rubbing alcohol)

RobinL. wrote:Thank you Philbymon :) and Neanderpaul :) . RhythmMan, I will take into consideration Alone as a choice. I can sing "Heart" songs. "Alone" is one that I am not as familiar with, but absolutely nail "Dreamboat Annie" which, now that I think about it, does have a good range in it. I am sure that most people are only sampling the music that is listed and "Dreamboat Annie" shows range very quickly instead of building up to it like "White Rabbit" by Grace Slick of Jefferson Airplane  I really appreciate all the comments and suggestions you all!! :D

I'd recommend making a conscious decision about what you want to sing as far as genre, but more so, what decade(s). What was classic rock in the 80's (60's and 70's) are now oldies. I found this in my own band, we were playing born to be wild and stuff, and I suddenly realized that we were turning into an oldies band. eek!

I don't know about delco, but up in these parts theres like 15 "classic rock cover bands" per square mile. We changed our format, after tonights gig, were going to stop gigging and work on modern rock and originals only and drop all the oldies.

Good luck@
