omg the last time I saw his pic on an album cover it was circa 1983 for that album with "stairway to heavon" on it...

when he hit the stage I thought for sure that stanley had had a son and was the same age that stanley was back then... the guy looks so young.

Tore up that viger guitar of his. What a classy player... extremely pro the whole night... all three in the trio were top notch unbelievable.
I was stunned.

bass player did a take on amaz grace ala vic wooten and killed... people were silent afterwards.... just unable to deal with it's depth.

drummer did a solo that ripped my head off. took it everywhere... and then STANLEY JORDAN nocked me out. All Blues, spy hunter, mosart... unreal.

Still shocked by it all.

Stanley RULES!!. Now I'm jealous. He kicks ass bigtime. His tapping technique rules all.

I heard a newer album by him and thought he was done with the 2 hand... but then I see him and he plays like that all the time... most of the time you wouldn't even know it's two hand if you didn't actually see it.

The guy is awesome. You will def enjoy his concert if you like guitar and/or jazz.
