If you've ever used chatroulette you'll know the idea is that you get randomly matched with strangers on webcam. Usually what happens most of the time is that after 60 seconds the browser is closed because you'll find anything but chatting on there.
Drooble is similar except it's orientated around musicians looking to play/jam together. You can choose who you play with. Now, we tested this and had a go jamming with guitar. If you and the other person has a good connection, you can get a good session going.
