What are your experiences in putting on a mega gig?

No experience with a mega gig of 10,000 or more. Our largest crowd was probably 3000 and we worked with the venue to secure sound, stage and lighting that made sense. It was fun but hectic.

Our church recently did a 25th anniversary party attended by about 20k at Glen Helen. Jeremy Camp was the headliner and those that attended said it was pretty good. I was in San Diego that weekend and missed it.
