I just sent preliminary docs to the folks I'm working with. Have meeting tonight. I'm made it plane that I am the writer and composer but I can't do my job with so many things to deal with so I need other people to get to work, get us names, estimates, resource availability etc.

I can't complete a biz plan with identifying tasks, sequences, costs etc.

And yeah - I hate messing with that stuff but one of my trades is project manager and that may serve me well.
