Pennsylvania judge didn't throw out the suit by the family of the late Randy California (real last name Wolfe?). Guess it's easier to sue people/corporations in PA as their reasoning is suspect. Details in article here:

Everybody who doesn't have at least two songs who get their gusto from that sort of arrangement, usually in D.
These guys were all ripped a good bit of the time. Is Zep guilty if they honestly think they wrote it? Probably. But there is more to it than the stuff they're being sued over. Not sure what to think about this.
