you're looking ridiculous in the those tights as you keep tripping over your cape and making yourself look the fool everytime you land on your keester.

get a clue....no one elected you sheriff and no one needs you acting the superhero to protect our freedoms and save us. no one has asked you for rescue from yet another evil and diabolical plot of the "progressive liberals".

you've been on this embarrasing crusade trying to get under mike's and george's skin to have them censor you to prove your point....they haven't. they won't.

and now you use your not so super "superpowers" trying to goad mike and jahva into losing their cool.

they haven't. they won't.

both of those seem like pretty foolhardy missions to have taken on but yet.....

truth of the matter is you're the only one put out by the moderator thing.

and i have serious doubts you're actually all that bugged by it.

it's just one more op and excuse to don your tights and cape, pick a few more fights, call anyone who disagrees w you a "progressive liberal", and spew more venom as you bask in the attention.

that's pretty sad $hit.

(someone cue the band to play the "Hilary/Lois Lerner/Hitler/6 Million Jews Theme"!)

Mark, thanks for spending so much time writing that. I guess I must really bug you.

QUOTE FROM YOU mark. (someone cue the band to play the "Hilary/Lois Lerner/Hitler/6 Million Jews Theme"!)

I suppose you condone the killing of an ambassador and 3 Americans... and it is OK for the most powerful arm of our government to single out individuals and groups for "special" treatment. However the part of that, about hitler, just shows your total disregard to all humanity.

That was a disgusting comment. OH well.

you know what they call people who take delight in posting things to bug people......those who make that a goal????

here's a hint: it begins w a "t" and ends in "roll".

well, if the bridge fits.....hang out under it.

well, of course you "suppose that".

as usual your writing is a little clumsy.....

"... just shows your disregard to all humanity. huh?????

it shows my disregard of WHAT to all humanity???

or did you mean "...just shows your total lack FOR all humanity." ?

i bet if you communicated better, people might take you more seriously.

(nah, scratch that. you'd still be viewed an attention grubbing crackpot.)

My weekend's been so busy the only playing I've done was Beatles benefit band practice yesterday (does it count as 'practice' when I'm playing bass? )

and my weekend was the opposite! just got home from playing an outside gig for Veterans For Peace...and we just beat out the rain.

that was gig #5 this weekend. fun and good paying gigs all around, but it sure was nice being off yesterday for a family bbq and getting to watch spurs/thunder last night....GO SPURS!

mike.....i'd say the bass deal definitely counts as practice.

We're doing:
From Me To You
I Wanna Hold Your Hand
All My Loving
Saw Her Standing There
as our closing set at the benefit - all songs the Beatles did one one of the 2 first Ed Sullivan shows there were on. Then we'll call the players up for the finale - A Little Help From My Friends.

Finally got my acoustic out of its case yesterday afternoon after mowing hte lawn (and after the lawnmower handshakes stopped!) tightening up two newer songs and working on the new Lyrical challenge tune. And changed my strings last night - another time when a tuner is needed (although after doing string pulls/stretches and doing a quick knob twirl, my A string was perfect!)

.. was it once called Armistice Day. Now it has degenerated into a huge eating fest and the only one honoured are those who commit atrocities ... some are even honoured with a ignoble piece prys.

Armistice Day is in November, and in England is now called Remembrance Day or Poppy Day. In the US it's 'Veteran's Day'.

from Wiki: ...commemorated every year on 11 November to mark the armistice signed between the Allies of World War I and Germany at Compiègne, France, for the cessation of hostilities on the Western Front of World War I, which took effect at eleven o'clock in the morning—the "eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month" of 1918. While this official date to mark the end of the war reflects the ceasefire on the Western Front, hostilities continued in other regions, especially across the former Russian Empire and in parts of the old Ottoman Empire.

The date was declared a national holiday in many allied nations, to commemorate those members of the armed forces who were killed during war. An exception is Italy, where the end of the war is commemorated on 4 November, the day of the Armistice of Villa Giusti. In the Netherlands World War I is not commemorated as the country remained neutral.
