People want critiques here. (myself included)

Sometimes it's hard to hear what is said but it's generally good advice.
Some of us flail around with the advice we get, but that's just part of the process.

If you can adjust your work a little in regards to some of the good advice we get here, you (and I mean any of us) can definitely benefit from the critique process.
