SEVEN hours of shoveling today nearly non-stop. I was like the energizer bunny. Once I got past the first half hour or so I became a machine, and it was the wettest, heaviest snow you can imagiine. I'd say half the foot we got was slush. I don't know where I got the strength, perhaps it's the Megafood Balanced B Complex and spinach I ate. Anyway, if we get another 2 inches tonight (predicted) it'll be the snowiest February ever in K.C. history, all since Thursday. I'll feel all this tomorrow I'm sure...

We have a client in KC and everybody stayed home to work, becuse of the snow. Needless to say, that brought our VPN connection capability to its knees... Today, I tunneled everything through an office in London.

Unless you are really fit you might want to scale it back. Lots of heart attacks occurr when shoveling snow.
