Actually compared to this past Summer I'm in much better shape. And I'm just starting to get used to the glasses. I've got a good team of doctors I confer with, chiropractor, allergist, naturopath, etc. And it looks like another team of excellent musicians wants to help me with the CD, and I know where I'm recording it, so I need to quit bitch'in..

I ran into all the same problems you guys are talking about four years ago.
Some things are genetic and you can't fight them. I had a major life style change four years ago, when I stopped humping around 500lb boilers. Economic conditions slowed my silly asss from doing a lot of heavy work.

After a year I started going down hill fast until I substituted that with some some use of heavy metal. My blood pressure was through the roof. My hdls were way down, my ldls were way up... I wasn't doing so good... all from something as simple as stress and inactivity that you are not normally used too.

A lot of things you can't stop, but the only alternative to not getting older and slowing down a bit is not any better.

Did any one hear about the 102 year old dude that just ran his last 26 mile marathon? Give him credit!

Good luck guys as you get older... But take it as a positive thing!!!

Yeah... every day. You suck it up.

Dean Martin explained why he drank alcohol: "When I wake up I don't want to think, this is the best I'll feel all day!"

Talbot

For 15 years I worked at the same factory/shop.
Almost EVERY day I woke up so stressed out that I vomited before going to work.
By the time I had become disabled, I was hospitalized after vomiting up a couple pints of blood.
I nearly bled to death.
1/3 of my stomach had to be cauterized.

As I am getting older, I feel a hundred times better than when I was supposed to be young and healthy.

In my twenties I was told by doctors that I've got the vascular system of an eighty year old.
Boy, did it feel like it too.
But, now, with less exertion and stress it is not so bad.

Maybe I'm becoming Benjamin Button or something.
