Dane I had dial up for years at my house and I never could pull up videos either.

Thanks for the nice comments, Im kinda all thumbs when it comes to getting videos to work on the net, so I just thought I would share a few.

Like I said thanks for the compliments, it means a lot coming from you guys!

As far as the guys I play with, we just really enjoy each others company musically. Sad our bassist is moving to Toledo the first of the summer, so it will put a damper on future gigs. One good thing is that his wife is getting a job with an airline, and he can supposedly get a free ticket down here to play some, he is leaving an older amp and cab with me, so we think we can still do a couple of gigs a year. Whether that will happen or not who knows, but its good to know we may be able to continue.

You can always come up to Toledo, we can do an Ain't Yo Mama - The Farleys show. Toledo is only 30 minutes from me.

Jimmy we were discussing coming up to Toledo, he says there are some clubs there that we would fit into. We figured out how much it would cost to get everything up there and it might not work.

10 hour drive one way, $400 fuel, $250 hotel, $150 food, of course the kicker is it would cost around $1000 in booze!! LOL!

We decided if we could get a gig for some where in the range of $1250 we could make it happen, and you and I know that aint gonna happen

That would be a cool bill, I can see our singer and your singer either getting along real well or hating each other! LOL!

Who knows what the future holds thou

Sounded good, John! Jealous of your practice room, that's for sure. I'd build a few bass traps (they work for the high end, too) to hang in the corners. You can make them out of 2x4s with the rockwool inside, covered by nice-looking cloth, and hang from eyehooks, so you don't have to leave them up all the time (unless you want to).

Mike thats not a practice room thats my great room, we only practice once in a blue moon, so I just move the furniture around.

We actually used to practice at our bassist studio and just run everything thru headphones, if a band has that capability I highly recomend it, playing in a loud room doesnt allow you to really hear everything that is going on, you can slur little parts and they just arent tight, whereas if you practice on headphones with a nice mix you hear everything, all the little f**k ups. I live halfway between everyone so thats why we practice these days at my house.

Thanks for checking it out

I knew it was your 'great' room - it is a GREAT room! I forgot you guys dont' practice often. If I had that room, it would be a full-time music room!

I actually have my amps in another room that I practice in plus a small office with my recording gear, but man, I set up early sat and played for a couple of hours in that room, and my guitar and amp sound good in there, to me anyway.

Hi-ceilings really make a big difference for a jam room.

I had always planned to build a shop building and make one end of it a stage and just have everything set up so the guys could come by, oh well not in this lifetime.
