No regrets though I would agree with Kluggy on this. But that depends too, on where you are and who you surround yourself with. I'm lucky in that the people I've met have manners, those that do not, do not linger around me too long.

Fish 'n' chips! There you go, found one!

I miss my old job in Princeton.

I miss my Porsche.

I miss my old church.

I miss the rock sold feeling of self-worth and pride that came with doing a good job.

I miss people I could trust.

I miss my old bass that got stolen.

I miss being so well employed that it pumped my ego.

I miss being naive.

I miss one of my ex-girlfriends. (the rest were crap) lol

I miss coaching basketball.

I miss playing basketball in college.

I miss the wilderness of Colorado, Vermont and Upstate NY.

I miss being able to talk to people and not having to have my guard up at all times.

I miss being valued and a gatekeeper of information.

I miss hunting deer with no license in the middle of nowhere and not really knowing when we were going home, if ever.

I miss not having my pilot's license.

I miss not having a dirt bike track 2 miles away.

I miss not riding with 25 other crazy people packed on that local dirt bike track, all at the same time. I miss those whining engines all screaming at the same time.

I miss it not snowing heavily and every cretin in NJ breaking out their snowmobile and riding down the middle of the roads at 2am during a blizzard.

I miss the Halloween we dumped a paper dummy on the main drag in town, but not before we set him on fire. lol

I miss my old hot rod that I totaled. (I worked so fing hard on that car.)

I miss my old dog.

I miss the way that your word used to be "bond".

I miss the way one could tell the quality of the man via his handshake.

I miss skiing in Canada.

I miss that one chick I picked up at Lollapolooza in 92.
(Boy did I blow that)

I miss working with some of old friends doing tree work. (kind of) lol

I miss the hill climb at Freemansburg, PA.

I miss laughing so hard I was crying because the one foreign guy didn't know that you could only use a condom one time. LOLOLOL

I miss Monticello, Ferndale and that whole area above NNJ. Some really sweet people there...

I miss my stack of credit cards.. (but they don't miss me. lol)
(F U bank of america)

I miss Carnegie Center.

I miss drinking root beer by the side of the pool and having some snotty wench tell the CPO that I was drinking beer while on duty. (bitch)

I miss the silence of the world when you are far from home and no one feels like they have to speak and it's ok.

I miss these Italian subs they used to have at the Ringoes Pharmacy for 3.65$ that were so good, it's hard to believe.

I miss the beer garden at our old local fair because you could sit there and not move all night, but never be bored.

I miss the old dirt track they raced on here. They paved it and that sucked and shortly afterwards, that was that. SOLD to make a new Walmart and Lowe's. (grrr)

I miss the old drive in, it was too cool. You could do just about anything you wanted, as long as you stayed in the car and usually they showed 3 movies for the $ of just one.

lol Glenny you are 2 hours and 10 minutes from me via 4 wheeled donkey cart.

I thought you were UPSTATE near Albany or Oswego etc.

Ooh on the island, hmm? Wow. Small World maybe even tiny.

I'm not that cool, probably more along the lines of "fool" but I don't mind.

If you need some real help and you're in a spot, just let me know.
I seem to get recruited for everything else, at least you'd be a worthy endeavor. (If I was a slave, I'd be dragging those giant stone blocks for some cretins pyramid.) lol

My truck is acting oddly though. Wish you were a tad closer but even the keys player I just met is 1.5 hours from me.

No matter how you slice it, if you aren't willing to put yourself out there, one has little chance of "winning the smiles". I guess I am just unafraid to fail and even though you get lumps, it's the only way to go...makes for good memories though and funny things to talk about while drinking at yon local watering hole...
