I work for an all-natural food company. We have literature on all natural living that is backed up by solid and well documented results.
It's near impossible today to live an all-natural lifestyle, but let me assure you that Bob is exactly right about the benefits. I know his linking religion to it offends, or deters, you- but separate the two if you can and treat them differently.
I'd argue that most autoimmune conditions are caused by man-made ingredients in our food and man-made pollutants in our environment. I'm hoping to have the money soon to personally be the gerbil in an experiment, as just like Bob, I'm starting to suffer from increased allergies, eczema, and other conditions that can only be attributed to environmental intolerances. It's expensive to eat all-natural foods tho, even when you work for a distributor..
I've mentioned several times before a movie called 'fat, sick, and nearly dead'- it's available to watch online on netflix and is a brilliant documentary of changing diet and affecting overall health.
