Great Glen old chap. You had me grinning from ear to ear all the way through. :) :) And I really liked your tone. Made me want to turn on a little fuzz and grab one of my my arch tops ..... But I'd have to do that after I put all my Strats in the closet so they don't see me cheating on them with another axe.

Just got to see the second video. (The WiFi cut out on me in the first one.) Creative camera work on the first, part but he found you guys and did pretty good through the rest of the vid. :) Nice playin. What a nice big bandstand. That mix is really pretty good for a live mix. Heard some nice chops in those clips, Glenny.

You are absolutely right Roger. That was a pitiful performance. About 1/10 of what I can do. I am so ashamed of myself.

WRONG!

At least I have the balls to post something as a way to share with some of the musicians up here. You got NUTHIN!!!!

Just get the fuuuck outa here. you are just a TROLL

That was your first post. Lets make it your last too unless you have something to bring to the table.
Warning, I am just being nice now.

Ya, disregard him.
I thought it was quite good.

I have a new respect for you Glen.
I have listened to some of your stuff in the past and said that I liked the guitar lines, but going in unscheduled and letting it hang out - you showed balls and chops.

Bravo.

Glenn it occurs to me that maybe your timing is a little impromptu.

http://www.music.vt.edu/musicdictionary ... ssion.html

They give you that crap backing track, you just isolate it and since you know the progression and the key, you will know slightly better where it's going.

I memorized the 8, 12 and 16 bar pattern and I always try to ask what key it's in at the onset.

The other key to this is knowing the fretboard a little bit, that way if you know where it's going (musically) you can tweak it to what you need without dumping any artistic perspiration.

If you got those 2 parts of this solidly, you can solo through anything unless you are missing a hand.

(Place the pick in my dead right stump and I can do the rest)
